Marketing & Communications Manager

A full time marketing & communications position is open at Highland Game. We are looking for a competent individual who can independantly plan, develop and lead all marketing, communication and PR in house. 

Experience from whole sale & retail sales plus an understanding of Graphic Design, ideally from a Food Industry background will be seen as beneficial for this role.

Salary based on experience & capabilities.

Sales and Office Administrator

Reporting and assisting the Sales and Office Manager, you will provide administrative support and organisational support to the management.

Key duties will include:

Assisting on a range of issues day to day

First point of contact for incoming calls, visitors to business.

Processing orders from order taking to dispatch and invoicing.

Data entry/spreadsheet maintenance - this person must be very competent with excel using formulas, building of new sheets.

The successful candidate would ideally have a customer service background in a production environment, Business to business customer service experience. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Self reliant, a team player with proven ability to work on a range of jobs.

Salary to be agreed with successful candidate based on experience.

Accounts Adminstrator

Reporting and assisting the Management Accountant in day to day accounting activities including Purchase Ledger, Spreadsheets, data entry, order processing, credit control, and preparing data for management.

Successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

SAGE line 50 and SAGE payroll

Microsoft office - word and excel

Experience in working within an accounts/finance environment

Good Organisational skills and comfortable working with minimal supervision

Excellet attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication skills
