Kirsty is head of Highland Games quality systems. Kirsty has a wealth of knowledge within the Food Manufacturing Industry with 12 years experience of product and quality control at top level. She is responsible for implementing and maintaining procedures that ensure prime quality and food safety throughout the production chain. Kirsty is conducting internal and third party audits in order to meet food industry requirements but also to secure Highland Games own rigorous standards - reflected in our “Hill to Plate” approach.
