What We Do
Highland Game is a primary and secondary processor of only wild Venison from the Scottish Highland Mountains. All our Venison is collected from specially selected deer larders throughout the Highlands and is then processed at our superior processing plant in Dundee. Our current business is made up of supplying Venison and Game to Wholesalers, Caterers, Multiple Retailers and Direct On-Line Sales throughout the UK. Highland Game is also currently exporting across Continental Europe.
