The Judges feedback on our Fillet of Venison:  

“Absolutely stunning quality meat, our judges raved about this venison fillet. It has a rich gamey flavour that's complex but not at all overpowering. We cooked two separate fillets rare and medium – both times it cut like butter and was incredibly tender and juicy. The butchering is also superlative.

Although expensive, we think the fantastic taste and provenance more than justified this. Shoppers get a really good quantity and quality of meat for the price that would feed lots of people. The presentation box is also beautiful, making it worthy of a special occasion.

It doesn't get much better than wild, sustainable meat. Top marks for traceability and accountability.”
