Highland Game's venison went down a storm at the GWCT Scottish Auction, 10th of May 2012.

For the second year in a row, Highland Game supplied roe deer and red deer venison for the annual Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust Dinner & Auction on Thursday 10th May, at Preston Field House Hotel in Edinburgh. This evening is regarded as one of the highlights of Edinburgh's social calendar.

The guests enjoyed "roast loin and croustillant of Highland Game roe deer served with marmalade glazed carrots, red cabbage, Arran mustard creamed potatoes and Preston Field's wild leeks & garlic", for the delicious main course.

Christian Nissen, Managing Director of Highland Game, said "I love this event myself and I'm very pleased with the feedback we have had from guests who have been praising our venison".

Lord Sinclair, Chairman of the GWCT Scottish Auction said "The venison is donated by Highland Game to the 2012 Scottish Auction was of the highest standard and was quite delicious. I have had so many compliments on the standard of the meal, we are quite delighted to have worked with Christian and his team again".
