Highland Game salutes the Scottish Contract Catering Chef of the Year!

The Highland Game team congratulates Gareth Linden from Inspirecatering, one of the three young Chefs that Highland Game took to Sweden for the Game Chef of the Year Prize, the Wild Boar Shooting experience.

Gareth won the Scottish Contract Catering Chef of the year title yesterday at the trade show, Scot Hot in Glasgow, at the SECC arena. Gareth was also
crowned the winner of the EcoLab hygiene award for working practices.
