A Sainsbury team from London visited Highland Game for a "hill to plate" tour.

The day finished off at Deseo restaurant, Gleneagles where Executive Chef Alan Gibbs team did a venison cutting & cooking demonstration and served a tasting medley of venison; Venison carpaccio and Venison tartare for starter then for mains fillet and haunch steak along with delicious sauces and side dishes.
