Stalking In Saas Fee, Switzerland
The culinary mile Saas Fee was a great opportunity to celebrate Scottish. Scotland was the first canton outside Switzerland to be "Guest of Honour" at this event. Iain Thompson who organised the Scottish contribution promoted the very best of Scottish culinary expertise. The Scottish culinary team lead by highly experience chefs Scott Lyle, Chef lecturer and Kevin MacGillivray, former Scottish Chef of the Year and former culinary Manager Scotland culinary team put on a fantastic reception to those visiting this unique event in one of Switzerland's most scenic ski villages. Quite simply, the Scottish stole the show!
