Highland Game supplied venison for a fundraising event to raise money for the planned 3Rifles Memorial Garden. 

Sergeant Danny Kay of the 3 Rifles Redford Infantry Barracks, Chef by trade, organised this event at the Corstorphine store in true army style – a portable kitchen tent was set up and even multi award winning Chef Tom Kitchin joined the “forces” for the day and was cooking up delicious food for the Tesco customer’s in return for donations to the memorial garden fund.

The 3 Rifles Memorial Garden is being created as a place where the 3 Rifles fallen soldiers can be paid tribute to and be remembered by their families, friends and colleagues.
