Cook 6 sausages under pre-heated grill, turning frequently for approx.10 minutes until cooked through. Keep warm. While the sausages cook, boil 300g potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks, in lightly-salted water until tender. Drain and return potatoes to the warm pan. While potatoes and sausages are cooking, spray a pan lightly with low-calorie spray oil and gently fry 1 small onion, finely chopped, and 1 garlic clove, crushed, until they are really tender. Add 150g cooked left-over No-Check vegetablese.g. shredded cabbage, chopped sprouts to the pan. Mash the potatoes with50ml skimmed milkuntil smooth.
