Summerised Delivery Terms & Conditions
The Game Box orders come delivered ‘Direct to your Door’ in specially designed poly lined boxes. They are delivered frozen by Business Post –our chosen overnight carrier.
Highland Game delivers Tuesdays & Thursdays between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
This time period may vary during busy periods such as Christmas.
All items are delivered frozen.
Highland Game can only deliver to the UK Mainland ONLY. Also, unfortunately due to our goods being perishable we are unable to offer our goods for delivery abroad.
Please inform us of any alternative instructions for your delivery when placing your order. It is ideal if you would be at home to sign and approve of your delivery. However you may also have your Game Box delivered to your work, to a friend or neighbour or suggest a safe secure place where it may be left safe.
A delivery charge of £7.70 per delivery address will apply if the order is placed by telephone or by the website.
