Christian’s main task is running the company and everything that involves!!!!
Christian studied Business Commerce at Napier University in Edinburgh. Before buying Highland Game Limited 10 years ago, he was involved in the Scottish salmon industry on the west coast of Scotland. He had great ambitions and visions for the Scottish Salmon industry and has now brought them forward and implemented them into Highland Game.
His hobbies include shooting, fishing, roe deer stalking, golf, tennis, and of course FOOD!

David Soutar ~ Management Accountant
David is responsible for all financial matters; invoicing, bills (both receivable and payable), all accounts queries and anything of a financial nature.
He has over 20 years experience in the financial side of commercial business, within the banking and agricultural sectors. David is married with two children. In his spare time David is a keen sportsman who loves football and playing golf.

Evelyn Wilson ~ Sales & Office Manager
Evelyn is responsible for customer service, customer enquiries, order processing, and transport issues. She has 20 years experience within the production environment of food manufacturing. Kirsty Macdonald ~ Quality Systems Manager Kirsty Macdonald is Highland Game's Quality Systems Manager. She lives in Blairgowrie and has two sons, Hamish and Sandy. Kirsty has a wealth of experience within the food industry and looks after Highland Game's quality control and systems. She enjoys walking her dog, horse riding, yoga and swimming.
