These Conditions (defined below) apply to the use of the Website (defined below). Registering as a User of this Website and/or making a Purchase (defined below), will be governed by these Conditions and we expect you to read through them carefully. You are provided with access to this Website in accordance with these Conditions and any Purchases made by you must be made in accordance with these Conditions.

3. Registration

3.1 To make a Purchase you are obliged to register with this Website and provide certain Personal Information to Us. Failure to register with the Website means you will be unable to make a Purchase on the Website.

3.2 You shall ensure that any Personal Information which you are required to provide when you register with this Website is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.

3.3 You will notify Us immediately of any changes to any Personal Information supplied to Us.

3.4 You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use when using this Website.

3.5 Once registration with the Website is complete, you will be given a password which you require to keep confidential. The password should be used by you to access the Website and make Purchases. 5. Purchasing Goods from the Website and by Telephone

5.1 Goods are purchased from the Website by the User submitting an Order on the Website. This process involves the following steps:-

5.1.1 You can view Goods available for purchase by clicking on the "Food Hall" button on the Website.

5.1.2 You can select Goods by adding these to your "shopping basket" by clicking the button "Add to Basket".

5.1.3 Once You have finished shopping, click on the "Checkout" button. You will then be prompted to insert the email address and password which You have registered with Us.

5.1.4 You will then be asked to check your Personal Information is correct and to enter further details such as if the Purchase is a gift, the name of the recipient and the requested delivery date. You must then click on the "proceed to payment page".

5.1.5 At this stage you will leave our Website and be directed to the World Pay secure payment page where you will be required to input payment details to complete the Order.

5.2 Orders for Goods can also be placed over the telephone.

5.3 Once We have received your Order and payment for the Goods we will then send you a confirmation email, confirming your Order and the delivery details. Only at this stage will your Purchase be complete and the contract between Us and you is formed.

5.4 The Goods which have been ordered will be delivered in accordance with paragraph 6.

5.5 You must be age 18 or over to place an Order or make a Purchase.

6. Payment and Delivery

6.1 Payment can be made by cheque, credit or debit card, and all card transactions are processed through the World Pay secure payment gateway. The payment gateway accepts most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Switch, Solo, Delta and JCB. Please note that your card details are never stored on our servers. Payments can also be made by cheque.

6.2 All credit/debit card purchases are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not for any reason authorise payment to Us, We will not accept your Purchase.

6.3 All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information on to the Website.

6.4 Goods will be dispatched on the receipt of payment by Us. Delivery will be as detailed in the confirmation email referred to in paragraph 5.3 above.

6.5 Purchases of Venison are delivered on Tuesdays and Thursdays and to the UK mainland only. A delivery charge of a delivery charge of £7.70 per delivery address will apply if the order is placed by telephone or by the website.

Orders can be placed in advance for any future Tuesday or Thursday taking into consideration bank and public holidays. We require a minimum Order period prior to the requested delivery date to process the Order. Orders required for delivery on a Tuesday must be placed by midnight on the nearest Sunday, or earlier. Orders required for delivery on a Thursday must be placed by midnight on the nearest Tuesday or earlier.

Purchases of Goods other than venison will be packaged and dispatched by First Class Post on the day the Order is placed subject to availability. All delivery details will be specified in the confirmation email referred to in Clause 5.3

6.6 Orders will be delivered between 8am and 7pm on the day of delivery to the delivery address specified at the time the Order was placed.

Upon delivery of the Goods a signature will be required from the person accepting the Goods. Alternatively, Users can suggest a safe, secure place for Goods to be left when placing the Order.

We would prefer that a person who is 18 years old or over is available to sign for and accept any delivery of Goods containing alcohol, however this is entirely at the discretion of the User. We accept no responsibility for the delivery of any such Goods which are left in a safe, secure place at the suggestion of the User.

6.7 All food Goods are delivered freshly frozen in vacuum-packed portions. “Game Box” Orders are delivered direct to the address specified at the time of placing the Order in specially designed polythene lined boxes. The outer packaging used to deliver the Goods has been carefully chosen to meet the most stringent demands. The polythene foam liner protects the contents and provides excellent insulation. The container is made from 100% recyclable materials, designed to carry food produce. The boxes also contain ice packs to ensure the temperature of the meat.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

7.1 ANY AND ALL ORDERS FOR FOOD ITEMS ARE NON-CANCELLABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Orders for non-perishable, non-food Goods can be cancelled up to seven working days after the day on which you receive such Goods. Users wishing to cancel an Order can do so by contacting us on 01382 827088. Following notification of a cancellation for non-perishable, non-food Goods within this timescale, a refund will be given to you within 7 working days of such notification. Cancellations made after this time will be invalid and no refunds will be given to you.

7.2 Non-delivered Orders can be replaced or refunded upon written proof of non-delivery from the courier. Replacement Orders or refunds can be obtained by contacting us. If a replacement order is requested, this will be delivered to you on the next available delivery date. Alternatively, if no replacement order is requested, we will refund you within 7 working days of you contacting us to advise of non-delivery.

7.3 If any venison or other foodstuff is not satisfactory for any reason, it should be returned to us in the original packaging within 24 hours. If any non-perishable, non-food Goods are unsatisfactory, they should be returned to Us in the original packaging within 14 days, commencing the day after the date of delivery, by contacting us to arrange for the Goods to be uplifted. We will remain responsible for any costs incurred in returning any Goods which are not satisfactory. We will give you a full refund for unsatisfactory Goods returned to Us within the timescale specified above. Such refund will be made within 7 working days of the Goods being returned.

8. The Website

8.1 We reserve the right to modify or withdraw temporarily or permanently this Website or any part thereof with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website and or change these Conditions from time to time. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether these Conditions have been changed each time you make a Purchase.

8.2 We make no warranty as to the reliability, accuracy, timeliness, usefulness or completeness of this Website.
