Products~ Highland Game specialises in processing large quantities of Red Deer from the Highland of Scotland for the wholesale industry. Roe Deer and small game such as Pheasant, Partridge, Rabbit and Hare are also available in limited quantities. This is very dependant on seasonal supply. Highland Game prides itself on being the only wild Venison producer to offer 100% veterinary inspection, Highland Game is EEC approved and trades under EEC export approval number UK 1178 EEC. Highland Game is also a member of the SQWV (Scottish Quality Wild Venison Accreditation Scheme).
Packaging~ We specialise in processing prime cuts of high quality Venison both fresh and frozen. All items are branded, vacuum packed and then boxed into Highland Game branded boxes. All processing takes place at our custom built plant. Please see the 'Company Section' for more details.
Supply~ We can supply fresh during the season (1st September to the end of February) and frozen is available all year round. Highland Game is currently supplying products throughout the UK and Continental Europe in countries such as Belgium, Scandinavia, Germany, France and Holland. Our main outlets are quality and elite Wholesalers, Caterers, Importers, Butchers and Food Retailers.
Prices~ All prices quoted are for distribution from Dundee. Overnight carriage is available upon request at cost. Minimum order quantities apply.
