Highland Game is signed up to the Ethical Trading Initiative which is a leading alliance of companies, trade unions and NGO’s that promotes respect for workers rights around the world, where all workers are free from exploitation, discrimination and enjoy conditions of freedom security and equity.    

Companies with a commitment to ethical trade adopt a code of labour practise that we expect all our suppliers to work towards. Such codes address matters like wages, hours of work, health & safety and the right to join free trade unions. Our goal is to extend these principles through our own supply chain.
