Highland Game meeting with Brakes Scotland to push for Venison on school meals

Highland Game hosted an event with Brakes Scotland and brought in public sector procurement experts from Scottish public authorities to look at how we can find solutions to serve Quality Wild Scottish Venison onto school menus.

Quality Wild Scottish Venison is abundant, high protein, low fat and is sustainable. Furthermore it is recognised as a low carbon impact quality red meat.
