Introducing Quality Wild Venison to The City of Edinburgh Council at IEC Taste Scotland Event
Teamed up with Brakes Scotland to serve Venison at the IEC 2024 Taste of Scotland Event at the City Chambers. We dished up Smoky Venison top dogs that were well received by delegates and the organisers alike.
Well done to Chris Ross and to all the Catering and Facilities Management Team @ Edinburgh City Council for putting on such a an array of sustainable sourced Scottish produce.
Amazing to learn that Edinburgh City council alone feed circa 25,000 school meals each day!
This is just the start of our journey to introducing quality wild venison into Scottish public institutions. We look forward to working with our partners to plate up Wild Scottish venison sausages, burgers, meatballs, mince and diced to support a more healthy and sustainable mealtime future to all.
