The journalist, Jack McKeown went to Craiganour Estate, Perthshire to see if he could shoot a deer.
With careful instructions and supervision by the Game keepers, Kevin Grant and Tom Dodd, Jack got to experience the full red deer stalking from start to finish.
Jack wanted to follow the trail of his very deer and the venison went to Caveau French restaurant in Liverpool, Shaws Fine Meats in Lauder, Wilson Butchers in Edinburgh and to Tesco’s Chefs Selection range.
