Game Chef of the Year - Runner Ups Deer Stalking Trip

The two runner ups in the Game Chef of Year competition 2014 and Kevin Shand, Braehead Foods finally got to go on their Deer Stalking experience.

Highland Game had organised deer stalking at Atholl Estates where the three guests got to try a stalking day, facing the tough terrain and elements that are the Game Keepers every day.

The day was a success for all and we thank Richard Fraser and the team at Atholl Estates who guided the Chefs on their life time experience.
