Highland Game attends Master Chefs of Great Britain's annual lunch
Highland Game was delighted to attend Master Chef of Great Britain’s annual lunch at the prestigious Prestonfield House Edinburgh on the 19th of October.
The impressive menu was cooked under the supervision of some of Scotland’s finest Chefs, John McMahon, Joe Queen, Craig Millar, Bruce Sangster, David Mutter,Gary Watson and Gary Maclean.
The main course of Roast Loin of Highland Game Roe Deer Venison, served with baked, brined and raw beetroot, orange chicory, stovies and crowdie skirlie was cooked to perfection.
Highland Game would like to thank the organisers and all the Chefs for a brilliant and memorable day.
