Sainsbury Team visit Highland Game

A Sainsbury team from London visited Highland Game for a "hill to plate" tour.

Fatima Khan Buyer - Turkey; Duck; Game & Breaded Poultry, Emily Scott | Agriculture Technologist and Kateline Porritt | Product Developer Visited The Forestry Commission Formal deer larder by Alyth and went for a full factory and production tour at Highland Game in Dundee.

The day finished off at Deseo restaurant, Gleneagles where Executive Chef Alan Gibbs team did a venison cutting &  cooking demonstration and served a tasting medley of venison; Venison carpaccio and Venison tartare for starter then for mains fillet and haunch steak along with delicious sauces and side dishes.
