Talking Game as Eat Game Venison Canapés Competition Winners Announced at Westminster Kingsway College

Great fun was had at Westminster Kingsway College at the final of The Eat Game student canape competition. The shortlist of recipes created by the students were fabulous and well received by our consummate tasting panel. Our experts of judges included Paul Gayler, Nigel Barden - BBC Broadcaster, Annette Woolcock, Head of Wild Foods @ BASC and JB Gill - Ambassador of The Countryside Food Trust and former member of the band JLS. Also our very own brand ambassador at Highland Game, Jose Souto.
