Marketing & PR Coordinator
Ingela is coordinating Highland Games Marketing and PR activities currently on a part time basis.
She is preparing information and "out-reach" communication, organising Highland Games participation at trade fairs and events. Ingela is assisting with all brand and corporate image development such as displays, point of sales and web image. She is also liaising with other industry bodies about education programmes, presentations and cookery demonstrations.

David is responsible for all of Highland Game's Financial and Human Resource matters with a business degree and 30 years' experience in private industry. He is also responsible for liaising with our private Estates and other raw material suppliers as well as the coordination of Highland Game's internal logistics. David is the "right hand man" of our Managing Director.

Sales & Office Manager
Evelyn is responsible for Highland Games customer service, order processing and enquiries besides transport issues. She is monitoring the order trail from orders taken to despatch and shipment. Her role includes key account management of all multiple retail customers.
Evelyn has 20 years of experience within food production. She is controlling a number of customised order systems for our varied customer base from national retail chains and distributors to individual Butcher and Deli shops. Evelyn is also coordinating our export sales.

Quality Systems Manager
Kirsty is head of Highland Games quality systems. Kirsty has a wealth of knowledge within the Food Manufacturing Industry with 12 years experience of product and quality control at top level. She is responsible for implementing and maintaining procedures that ensure prime quality and food safety throughout the production chain. Kirsty is conducting internal and third party audits in order to meet food industry requirements but also to secure Highland Games own rigorous standards - reflected in our "Hill to Plate" approach.

Collections & Transport Manager
Les is in charge of our deer collection and transport. The work entails logging uplift notifications and organising the collection logistics in the most efficient and economical way.
Monitoring the intake area and making sure that handling, tagging and record keeping is accurate.
Les is liaising with private estates and Forestry Commission administrators to arrange uplifts and keeping a good service and public relation with those parties.
Les is working closely with our Quality Systems Manager, as a link between Highland Game and our suppliers in order to ensure that information and new legislation updates is delivered. He is ensuring that we do get adequate qualifications and stalking certificate from new and existing rangers / keepers. Plus making sure that all suppliers are fully stocked with carcass tags and larder supplies.
Les is coordinating vehicle maintenance schedules of all our trucks and vans.

"Bob" is in charge of our production chain from intake to despatch. He is responsible for supervision and coordination of all skinning, cutting and packing to ensure that our production team is providing orders to their specific butchery and packaging specifications. "Bob" manages our production team and is responsible for all production machinery to ensure that we run as efficient and productively as possible at all times.

Technical & Operations Manager
Jo is head of Highland Game’s food safety management systems. The role is to ensure that food safety, legal requirements and quality standards of retail products are met.
Her work is to make sure that our factory meets and works to the legislation laid out in EC852/2004 & 853/2004.
Jo and her team are monitoring a Quality System that is accurate and represent the true record of our company’s production. She is also in charge of training needs, recognising and ensuring that they are satisfied, making sure that staff are aware and follow hygiene requirements.
Jo is handling retail & third party audits plus internal audits relating to retail business and follows up on feedback from auditors.
Jo is working closely with the Production Manager, the Quality Systems Manager, Sales team and our Managing Director regarding technical issues and customer specifications.
Her team, is conducting chemical control, microbiology sampling, analysis and trending.
The technical division ensures that the processing and site standards, policies and procedures provide the set standard for our retail market and consumers.

Quality Systems Assistant
Monica assists the Technical & the Quality Systems Managers to ensure food safety policies are implemented and the company’s aims and objectives are achieved.
Monica is gathering, controlling and monitoring food safety & processing records from intake to finished products. She is also coordinating micro test samples of products, surfaces, water and shelf life checks, plus assisting with internal and 3rd party audits.
Monica is carrying out the induction and follow up training of all production staff.
She is liaising with suppliers & contractors relating to production and processing, as well as with Food Standard Agency staff.

Lesley is the first point of contact at our front desk when you call or arrive at Highland Game.
She is responsible for processing the Retail orders to despatch and the booking of the transport for retail.
