Christian is very much involved in all aspects of the business, backed by a highly experienced Management team he has fulfilled his vision of supplying all market segments; leading restaurant distributors, quality butchers and deli shops, as well as many of the leading supermarkets in UK with our multi award winning Highland Game brand.

Dealing with both external and internal stakeholders. David is also responsible for the companies HR, employment law and legal responsibilities and regulatory compliance.

As Operations Director, Jo is responsible for improving performance and profitability at our manufacturing operations. In this role she ensures full compliance in food safety, legal regulation and that all quality standards are met. Jo works closely with our Managing & Finance Directors to execute cost reduction, foot print efficiencies and facilitates in financial and strategic planning.
Highland Food Group is currently rated as a BRC AA+ manufacturing site.
As part of her remit, Jo works closely with her technical, quality and product development teams to drive forward a better safety culture and operational improvement program across all sectors of our business. These include foodservice, wholesale and export.
In addition, Jo handles retail and 3rd party audits and drives forward training program initiatives to better the work force culture of our employees on-site.

Kirsty is responsible for the maintenance of our venison supply base. Her key roles involve supporting suppliers with:
The Technical and Quality aspects of Hill to Plate venison production by auditing, training and the promotion of Quality Assurance accreditation and Best Practice.
Collection and transport of carcasses ensuring an efficient service.
Tender and pricing for the purchase of venison.
Kirsty has worked within the food industry for 26 years, 15 years with Highland Game as Quality Systems Manager. Recently Kirsty taken on this new position where instead of working predominantly on food safety within the factory she is now focusing more on the Supply side of the business.

Key to its success is developing coherent joint retailer category plans that align our exciting products to the ever changing needs of our retail customers and their consumers.
Euan has 25 years business development and account management experience, 15 of them within food production.

Monica manages the smooth process of our Production & Quality Systems thereby ensuring our food safety policies are implemented and the company’s aims and objectives are achieved.
Monica is gathering, controlling and monitoring food safety & processing records from intake to finished products. She is also coordinating micro test samples of products, surfaces, water and shelf life checks, plus assisting with internal and 3rd party audits.
Monica is carrying out the induction and follow up training of all production staff.
She is liaising with suppliers & contractors relating to production and processing, as well as with Food Standard Agency staff.

Evelyn is responsible for Highland Games customer service, order processing and enquiries besides transport issues. She is monitoring the order trail from orders taken to despatch and shipment. Her role includes key account management of all multiple retail customers.
Evelyn has 20 years of experience within food production. She is controlling a number of customised order systems for our varied customer base from national retail chains and distributors to individual Butcher and Deli shops. Evelyn is also coordinating our export sales.

Lesley is the first point of contact at our front desk when you call or arrive at Highland Game.
She is responsible for processing the Retail orders to despatch and the booking of the transport for retail.
